Welcome to our Demonstrator Training Program Blog Hop. We are a group of Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrators from all around the world that are coming together to share our creative ideas with you. We are happy that you can join us and hope that we can inspire you to make creations of your own.
You may be starting here or have come from someone else's blog - either way there is a list at the end of this post to help you visit all the different blogs and get many amazing ideas. We all have our country listed - so if you are looking for a demonstrator in your country, these demonstrators would love to look after you with your Stampin' Up!® shopping or if you would like to join our Stampin' Up!® teams. If you are in the United States, I'd love to be your demonstrator or have you join my team! Please reach out to me if I can help you.
I love, love, love to make my "thank you note of the month" card to send my customers. It's a delight to thank each customer for shopping with me! I can't think of a better way than to make a fun card to share with them. Ice cream, in a variety of flavors, seems perfect for this time of year so I chose the Sweet Ice Cream stamp set and the Ice Cream Corner papers.
I had a difficult time choosing the color palette that was my favorite. I started with the Blackberry Bliss, then I tried Flirty Flamingo. I loved those so much that I tried Bermuda Bay as well. The Well Written dies worked will with just a bit of modifying. I did trim the 's' off of the word "thanks" so I could use it the the "you." I think it looks great on the scalloped rectangle die cut with the Stitched So Sweetly dies.
I really love that each card could have a coordinating ribbon too. The Pool Party ribbon and Blackberry Bliss striped ribbon are perfect with this paper. Of course, the white ribbon goes well with all colors.
The card recipe for these cards is as follows:
Card Base: 4 1/4" x 11", scored at 5 1/2"
Coordinating Color mat: 5 1/4" x 4"
Patterned Paper: 5 1/8" x 3 7/8"
Basic White for the die cut scalloped rectangle
Coordinating card stock scrap for the words "thanks" and "you"
20" of ribbon- White crinkled seam binding, pool party sheer ribbon, blackberry bliss striped ribbon
Which color palette is your favorite? Blackberry bliss? Bermuda Bay? or Flirty Flamingo?
Please "hop" on over to the other blogs listed below so you can be inspired by those cards.
