Our theme this month is Thank You. This is always a great theme as it is delightful to make a card to express appreciation and gratitude. This month I chose to use the Field & Flowers Designer Series Paper that is a Sale-a-bration reward (January 5- February 28, 2021) when you make a purchase of $50 (USD) or more. The paper has beautiful bold colors and a variety of floral patterns. I chose to make it in several colors and use a few different patterns.
It was easy to coordinate these papers with a variety of colors. I stamped the sentiments using Thank You from the Heal Your Heart stamp set which is also a Sale-a-bration freebie offering. I stamped "thank you" and then cut it out with a rectangle stitched die and matted it on the largest sentiment shape from the Stitched So Sweetly dies. I added a few 2020-2022 In Color Enamel dots and adhered it to the front of the card.
You'll notice that the card base is not a traditional style. It is a diagonally split front! The front opens with two triangular pieces. It always elicits a bit of a "wow" from its recipient! If you'd like to see how to make it, you can click on a link for a PDF tutorial at the end of this post.
Here is the card with one flap open.
